Hey y’all! As it gets closer and closer to the date of the wedding, I NEED to keep my motivation in the gym! Of course the best way for me to stay motivated is with some pump up music!
Basically what I have realized at the gym is that I have 3 different moods. I either want straight hype, country that makes me want to dance, or some late 2000s early 10s punk rock. I know, these 3 genres don’t exactly go together but what can I say? Whatever gets the body going!
Below are the 3 playlists I rotate between. They are each about an hour long!
Straight Hype Music
Okay, I don’t know that this is like an actual category of music. These are mostly pop songs I think? But really anything that just makes me want to move!

If you have any awesome song suggestions for my work out playlists please let me know in the comments below!
Love the playlists!
I will definitely be using them for my workout sessions.
Awesome! We had so much fun!
Awesome! I’ve been looking for some new songs to add to my workout playlist- thanks for the great suggestions!
This is awesome! I’ll have to check out the straight hype one. This reminds me, I really need to work on my own play lists lol! It takes a lot of time!!
Haha yes! I did this post because I needed to amp up my playlists!
I like your taste on all three of those lists. Very good songs and some are ones I haven’t heard in a really long time.
Thank you 🙂
Love all of your song choices! I like to mix up the type of music I listen to when I work out as well.
I honestly can’t work out without a good playlist. There’s something about the music that keeps me going and helps me to forget that I’m exercising.

There are some great choices of songs in these lists. I personally would add Enimem’s lose yourself.
That is another great one!
I love the punk rock and hype lists! I’m not a fan of country music, but sounds like you picked some good ones for your list!!!
Thank you! I love a good country song but I tried to pick different lists so that there was one for everybody!
What great songs! I totally agree that I have to be feeling the music in order to feel motivated to work out. I have a Black Eyed Peas station on Pandora that I like to run to.

LOVE Black Eyed Peas too!
I love these three playlists! One for each type of excercise I’m doing. Genius.
Yes! I love this!
This is perfect because I need a good workout playlist!
Awesome! I know a good play list makes all the difference for me 🙂
My playlists consist of 90’s East Coast hip-hop, Dancehall, and Tropical Music. I have to make working out as fun as possible since I hate it so much.
Girl I feel ya!
I have been wanting a new play list for running. I can’t wait to check out the punk one.
That is one of my favorites to run to! I also suggest looking up a beats per minute play lists on Spotify!
Thanks for these lists. So helpful to have some music choices to quickly look up when working out instead of having to come up with songs on my own!
I couldn’t agree more!
I might have to add some of these to my jogging list. No country for me though, I never cared for it. But the others, yes!

Totally fair! Hopefully some of the other songs will work for you!
That straight hype music playlist is right up my alley.
Haha yes! It is kind of random but every single one of those songs pump me up!
