Deviled eggs are my go to party side! They are one of the easiest things to make and always delicious. I have gotten so many compliments on this recipe too! It really isn’t that different from a classic deviled egg recipe, but the slight twist makes all the difference.
These deviled eggs are delicious any time of year! They are just as popular for summer barbecues and Christmas parties! I’ve even doubled or tripled the batch because the get eaten so quickly!
Ingredients
12 eggs
1/3 cup mayo
3 TBS mustard
3 ounces pickled jalapeño juice
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Directions
- Hard boil the eggs by putting them in a pot of cold water and bringing it to a boil. Once water reaches boil remove from heat and let eggs set in water for 14 min.
- Put eggs in ice bath to cool
- Peel eggs in sink under cold running water
- Cut eggs in half and remove yolk. Put yolks in quart freezer baggie
- Pour mayo, mustard, and jalapeno juice into yolks and squish in baggie until there are no pieces of yolk left
- Add salt and pepper to taste. (Also you can add more jalapeno juice if you like the extra spice!)
- Cut a small hole into corner of baggie and squeeze mixture back into egg whites!
- Sprinkle paprika over the top and enjoy!
These deviled eggs are so easy and that jalapeno juice ads the absolute perfect amount of spice! It is the extra kick that people crave over and over. When I know I am making it just for me I usually double the jalapeno juice because I love the flavor so much!
Let me know if you enjoy these deviled eggs as much as we do!
We switched to may from whipped dressing because hubby has gone keto. They just don’t taste the same. Hubby will enjoy the added taste of pickled jalapeño juice.
