Fruit Salsas quickly become a favorite of mine! Something about that sweet and heat together is so delicious. Summer is the perfect time to make a fresh fruit salsa and I wanted to highlight two of my favorite fruits, pineapple and strawberries, so I made Fresh Pineapple Strawberry Salsa.
This salsa is the perfect combination of sweet and heat! Feel free to add more jalapeños to suit your heat level. After mixing let sit in the fridge for at least two hours before serving. Consume within 48 hours for optimum flavor.
Pair this salsa with some fish or chicken tacos. Or just eat it plain with chips! I took this to a work BBQ and it was a hit! Along with my favorite Creamy Jalapeño Green Olive Dip.

- Dice up all fruits, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro. I like to to make some chunks bigger and some smaller to give the salsa texture.
