I love Greek food. Coming from a Greek family it is engrained into my soul to love Greek food. But there are a few recipes that have always been at the top of my list and one of them is Rack of Lamb. Not just any rack of lamb, my dad’s rack of lamb. It is so flavorful, tender, and delicious!
I am now here to share this delicacy with you!
Ingredients
1 rack of lamb
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 TBS fresh rosemary
2 oz. Dijon mustard
- Cut rack of lamb into individual bone in steaks
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic on each steak evenly
- Throw lamb steaks in a baggie into the fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours
- While lamb is marinating finely chop the rosemary
- Pull out of fridge and bring to room temperature
- Glaze each steak with dijon mustard
- Coat each steak with rosemary
- Barbecue on medium high temp until an inner temperature of medium is reached *about 140 degrees Fahrenheit
- Serve and enjoy!

Woah this looks delicious!! And pretty easy too! I am saving this so I can make it one day soon:) could this be made in the oven instead of the grill?
I am really excited to try this. I love lamb and we don’t cook it very often.
