Did you guys know that there is a day dedicated to chocolate chips? That’s right! Today is national chocolate chip day. Let’s be real, I love chocolate chips in everything: pancakes, ice cream, brownies, and of course, COOKIES! My favorite recipe is one that combines two of my favorite cookies, peanut butter and chocolate chip. And when I say combine them I don’t just mean add some chocolate chips to a peanut butter cookie. Check out my peanut butter chocolate chip cookie recipe and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
