This is seriously the perfect side dish for any meal!I love asparagus! And once I tasted Parmesan Roasted Asparagus, I couldn’t get enough of it! My mom used to steam her asparagus this way, and then I changed it to roasting! I love the flavors that get brought out from roasting the asparagus.
This recipe is family friendly! Even my husband who hates veggies loves this recipe. For a Full dinner to impress try with this Oven Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu from A Bit by Brit and a baked potato! Yummy! Or for a lighter version serve with grilled chicken. All you need now is a good bottle of wine.

Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
1 bunch of asparagus
1/4 of a small lemon
1 tsp McCormick® Garlic Salt with Parsley (it’s my favorite but you can use any)
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
olive oil for drizzling
- Wash the aspargus thoroughly and dry. The wooden like ends will snap off very easily with just a little pressure. Lay them all side by side in a glass baking dish, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the garlic salt and parmesan cheese. then squeeze the lemon over the top.
- Bake at 400º F for 15 – 20
