Did you know that today, May 6th, is National No Diet? In honor of that I will like to share this flavorful, rich chip dip! My step dad has the best chip dip recipe, this spanish pepper dip. Anytime we had a gathering at our house it always made, and it was always a hit. It quickly became one of my absolute favorites.
He got the recipe from his grandpa who immigrated from Spain. With three different types of pepper in the dip, it is full of flavor. Serve with your favorite chip or veggie crudité for dipping.
You can always adjust the heat in the dip. Use mild green chilies or leave out the dried red pepper to dull down the heat. For a more tangy low-fat dip for any other day of the year try Low-Fat Creamy Jalapeño Green Olive Dip .
