St. Patrick’s Day Meal!
St. Patrick’s Day is coming up! I love love LOVE corned beef. When I was growing up my grandma used to always make corned beef brisket with cabbage and this AMAZING sauce! I personally like to serve my brisket with some red potatoes and sauerkraut! So yummy!
This tangy Dijon sauce is perfect to jazz up your corned beef brisket for the St. Patty’s Day celebrations! It is also great served over potatoes or any other veggie cooked with the brisket as well. Enjoy this delicious meal with a Creamy Irish Coffee.
