The Perfect BBQ Sauce for Any Season

I don’t know about you, but I am a sauce person. I don’t care what it is, sauce makes it better. So of course I love making my own sauces at home to put on everything! Finally, I have mastered a bbq sauce that I can eat any time of year! This bbq sauce goes great on chicken, brisket, ribs, steak, or even to dunk so French fries in! (I know I am not the only one who does that!) So next time you need a delicious sauce to impress some Texans, you know where to find it!

 

This sweet and tangy BBQ sauce stars a super rare natural sugar, Keystone Pantry Allulose. This sugar is not metabolized so it is considered Keto-Safe, Vegan, Paleo and Diabetic Friendly! Even if you aren’t on a Keto diet or Diabetic, This sugar only has 1 calorie per teaspoon! It is an amazing sugar, and I have had much success replacing it into my recipes! Ingredients:

4oz Kerigold butter

1TBS Worcester sauce

1TBS Sugar free Hoisin sauce

4oz Balsamic Vinegar

4oz Allulose White Sugar

2 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Salt

OPTIONAL **Add liquid smoke to taste starting with just 2 drops

 

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan
  2. Mix in each ingredient individually while stirring on low heat
  3. Sauce should thicken to slightly runnier that traditional bbq sauce
  4. Cool and enjoy!

I promise you will no longer be driving to the store for bbq sauce on a summer’s day! You will impress everyone with this home made sauce and it is so delicious you will want to make it again and again!

  1. Yummy! I could probably put BBQ sauce on just about anything. (…as in, I totally do put it on everything from meat to veggies, haha.) I’ve never tried making my own before, though! I may have to give this a try!
