With so many cute baby things out there I couldn’t wait to register for my first little one. With so many places out there to register I was lost with where to register. And when should I? Now that I’m on baby number two, and not going to have a baby shower I am left with the question of should I register?
Where to Register
I registered at Target with my first baby. If you know me, you know I”m obsessed with Target and saving 5% with my Redcard. I also cartwheel everything in my cart to save even more! As if I needed more reason to shop there.
After my baby shower they sent me 15% coupons for everything left on my registry! So even if you aren’t going to have a baby shower, still register! Family and friends will still ask if you need anything, a registry is a great way to let them know what you need. And the plus is getting your coupons at the end for whatever else you still need!
Target is Always going to be my favorite, however, they are not the only registry that send out coupons. If you are more of an Amazon shopper, they also do the same thing from what I hear. Amazon is a great place to register to avoid registering in multiple places. Here is a link to Amazon’s Best Baby Items.
When To Register
When is the best time to register? The coupons I spoke about in the last paragraph came 8 weeks before my due date. I can’t say when Amazon sends theirs so If anyone knows please comment below!
The pregnancy App I uses said this month I should start my registry. I’m currently 24 weeks. I think having it done at 30 weeks is perfect! Depending on when your Baby Shower is of course. Try to have it done when you hand out invites to your baby shower.
Target and Amazon were the best for us! We got some great stuff, and they offered us free stuff afterward.
That’s awesome how Target sends you coupons, I wish we had them in Canada.
I liked registering on Amazon, the product reviews were super helpful.
